is that premine too small? it needs to be bigger i guess, 3000 blocks with 5 coins per block is still 70% of that premine, make it 10%  then it will be good to go

And each block being worth only 5 coins means 15000 total coins available from PoW compared to your 207692 coin premine. That's a premine of 93%. Your bounties don't do a whole lot to decrease that.

Sorry but this is an incredibly bad deal for miners or buyers.
