does anyone know of a exchange or place i caould buy btc with a credit card i live in the usa thank you

How about you take a cash advance on that credit card to purchase those btc instead?

If you personally own the credit card, then there will be no issue in requesting a cash advance from your bank but monthly interests do incur. Also no one would sell you with a credit card purchase as it can be easily charged-back

https://www.coinbase.com/ since you said you're 'in' the us or you can try Circle. You obviously need to verify yourself first.
