I highlighted the important points from your post. First your repayment date, not sure yet and a negative trusted account? A negative trusted account is not even worth a satoshi anymore here since what wil be the use of having one aside from posting spam. Use a collateral that can be easily sold when you did not pay up your loan.
It depends of bank transfer how fast it is done.
