this is actually good as the price isn't yet on the way up. you as an investors can still take advantage before it goes beyond.
Investing few btc to have just about 25K of Rise will be an advantage.

If you follow the links found in the RISE signatures it will take you to the ANN & RISE ICO page where it highlights some of the features that differentiate it from LISK and other platforms.  Personally I think it is the only worthwhile ICO left at this point.  But it is up to you at the end of the day if you choose to invest.

Yea, there is a problem of getting scammed but we won't really know until the coins are actually released.

I think that he is just comparing the price of VIRAL's ICO to RISE, although it looks different to me so I'm not sure how they are equal.

I hope the initial value of rise will be 1500 sat to 2000 sat and it will be give some nice decent profit for the ICO.and it will increase time to time but there will be a dumpers who will dump there coins if they see that they have profit on it.

for me make it double from the first week and stay establish in the following weeks and months would much be better and the dev should not stop from their should create more development and more future goal to make this coin established and be recognize after a year we don't know what will happen but I'm hoping that they will keep it alive in the next following years to come.

I don't know how you are supposed to come up with numbers as long as the ICO isn't finished. That will be crucial information. Without, this all is worse than guesswork, it's just random throwing numbers around.

If you have to, go with (number)X ICO price. Anything else is complete BS.

They're both different, of course RISE can't compete with lisk nor WAVES but they do have their own roadmap.
I'd like to think they'd pursue thier ACRE project given the funds and sure they'd be able to make wonders.

that´s nearly exactly how I see it. I think the great dump has to come to make a "healthy" growth possible. But without  a lot of work of the devs it would die within months

This is far too optimistic for me. I think the price will start higher and then will slowley decline over the next weeks.

Compared to the experience from similar projects this seems more realistic to me.
