http://anonre.com/tXPH1z  online payment processors with maximum 0.5% to 1% fee will be bad for Bitcoin.

Not really.
Bitcoin's fee is only 0.0001 BTC which is only like 0.05 USD even if you transact like a million dollars.

I can not see how this is actually related to Bitcoin. And do you have any evidence for your statement?
I've recently had a read about that Paypal is in growing mode and attracts more and more users.

Statista has a chart showing the number of active users worldwide went up in the first quarter of 2016. I don't know how reliable statista's figures are or their source, but that chart shows Paypal has increasingly more customers since 2010.

I don't believe that figure at all, but I can imagine they might not be growing very fast. They just lost Turkey and they were shut down in Greece during all the banking stuff. You've also got some new options for taking money online if you're a small business like Stripe.

I, for one, see it! 57 million people left PayPal to use Bitcoin instead. That explains the enormous rise of its exchange rate.

Because Paypal is so bad, the fees Paypal charge are so high. Paypal better reduce their fees soon, or I think they will continue losing more customer.

I know for certain Bitcoin has not gained 57 million users around this time period, so it is not that they are migrating to Bitcoin, I feel as if they are fed up of Paypal's greedy system.

Oh by the way, there is no way to figure out how many Bitcoin users there are, but you can look at trends in price value (graphs) to get a rough estimate
