Also never seen the site off-line. We do on occasion have issues with the back-end processing payments but this has not happened for a few weeks.

Perhaps you could reduce the mining fee to 0.0001 BTC rather than the current 0.0005 BTC in line with 0.8.2 upwards?
Highly addictive even so.

We do use a reduced fee for smaller bets. But found if we reduce for all bets can take a long time to confirm. May try again now that more nodes have upgraded.
