If they use PayPal then problems will come sooner or later.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I'm not vouching for this guy but he's accepting paypal for bitcoin that's risky when you don't know the buyer.

The look of the website is not professional . I would recommend you should always care about the volume of the amount you use while having a transaction in a new website . Be careful !

I never heard this site and the sites looks weird.. maybe this is scam site better to don't do something inside that site..
Better to stay away.
According to scamadviser its 95% legit but i don't why they are checking its
legit..http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/bitcoinranger.com
If you can buy bitcoin there with paypal i think its safe because you can reverse the payment once they are not give the bitcoins in your wallet..

I definitely see everybody's point insofar as the design of the site being quite a bit behind the times but after looking a bit deeper and seeing that this fella is charging $72.66 for 0.10 btc I'm not entirely sure it's not just a legit "let's see how many people are willing to take it in arse on btc price campaign"

Gimme the crypto!!
