incomplete transaction

apologies if this is the wrong place for this, i'm a bit of a bitcoin noob...

I have sent a bitcoin transaction (pretty small amount but with the obligatory fee).

In the app it comes up with a full red dot next to it which i understood to mean that it has been successfully confirmed. However the bitcoins haven't been received and when i check blockchain.info it says much less that the full amount has been transacted. I've been waiting a couple of days now.

Does anyone know why this has happened or whether there's anything i can do other than wait?
