on a lake somewhere
do you do houses that are 500 square feet (basically a cabin)

Is choosing interior design color around your range? Like proper color of living room, color of kitchen etc.
There are lots of advices and suggestion in the web but I want an advice directly from a person involved in interior designing.

It's a nice service, but what about liability? I know, in my country, an architect is liable for the structural problems in his/her design. If he designs a house, and it cracks, has water leakage,.... within the first 20 or 30 years, the insurance from the architects needs to pay for the damages if he made a mistake. I can only assume this would be a problem when somebody from a different country would create floorplans, or am i mistaking? |

It's a nice service, but what about liability? I know, in my country, an architect is liable for the structural problems in his/her design. If he designs a house, and it cracks, has water leakage,.... within the first 20 or 30 years, the insurance from the architects needs to pay for the damages if he made a mistake. I can only assume this would be a problem when somebody from a different country would create floorplans, or am i mistaking? basically. it depends upon the contract. i will be liable if that includes in our contract. in our country. civil engineer is liable for structural of course. just pm if interested in my service |

ofcourse chief. just give me a basic layout of what your dream house. for example position of bedrooms and kitchens. or if you want i am the one who suggest and you only approve. just pm me if interested |

Who said that he needs to reveal himself here? We just want to see some samples of ops work since it was rare service offer by him so it can be reference to other that his work is good and samples can attract people and also can help so he can gather more costumers here in the furom. |

I'm curious But this site is terrible: Download-buttons send you to advertising, it requires a Facebook login, and still doesn't show a working download! I suggest you get a service that works in 1 click instead of a commercial puzzle. It's a nice service, but what about liability? Here there are regulations for every part of the house, from insulation to minimum sizes. I've been to the Philippines, and nothing they design there will pass regulations here. |
