That can't be a Valid reason for a No collateral loan
You should contact their support about this issue. This might be happened because of some technical problem or your browsers problem
Try to look for the solution of problem not for a loan
That is really the usual score in Yobit signature campaign and sometimes it can last up to 1 week so even calling their troll support can't help.
Anyways even the amount is quiet low, OP must still provide a collateral. Also in 4 days I think withdrawals will be now be fine, I guess. Better contact a person involved in your problem to let you extend the period of paying.
