So under 1k buy them up and when prices dump be sure to buy as much as possible and then sell when it gets an all time high.

I'm planning on getting a fraction of a bitcoin. Maybe about 1/4 or 1/8 BTC just to fill my wallet with something. Is now a good time to do so?

Well anytime is a good time to get bitcoin as long as you know that you have ways to earn so that you will not be in the negative. In trading, as long as you have an idea and a strategy how to get around with it and earn then go ahead and fill your wallet. Experience is important when it comes to trading so do first what you have to do and when the time comes that you feel you are ready then you can invest a bigger amount.

For me its a good time to buy bitcoin because as you can see the price is a bit low and me personally i take this chance to save more. in the future the price will go up again then i can earn with it. but still it depends on you if you feel that this is the good time to buy, or you can take your time and wait for lower price.

Hyips are just garbage  which they are total scams and   a really waste of money and  it shouldnt  be  recommended  to anyone.  Getting bitcoin is possible through faucets  but they give too little amounts only , signature campaign would be the best way if you dont have any technical skills. This time  to get bitcoins is not bad since bitcoins is just starting up to rise.

Promoting HYIP is not really a good idea, since the persons that invest there will eventually lose their money and instead of blaming the HYIP they will blame bitcoin, and that will be bad for adoption.

I agree buying bitcoin lower than 1k usd is a good time but buying it lower than the  current  price is the better time but the question  is when will the lower price of bitcoin appear?  So that is the puzzle we cant really sure when to  happen, if you are a long term trader and just wanting to hold bitcoin maybe you can put a timeframe when you will buy bitcoin if a drop in price does not happen but if you just want to trade with bitcoin then, it is the right time to buy and start trading so that you will not lose profit due to delay.

If people just buy at any price without doing any research on how the current market is, sentiment, etc, then it's more YOLO investing what you do. People doing this mostly end up being disappointed as they bought without thinking.

I think so, now the price is at stable time, so if there is a price down, it wont down so much, but for me rather than you buy its better you earn it, unless you have some urgent situation or you need some capital to do something, but its up to you, my prediction is in the next two months the price is going to rise, so i think now still a good time to buy

this is a simple outline to decide whether to buy bitcoin or not:

1) if the price is not in a bubble, meaning there was a no big rise in the recent days and the price is stable like these days that price don't go down at all despite all the sales and dumps and ... then it is a good time to buy.

2) if the price has gone down for any reason like the recent big drop of finex hack, then it is an excellent time to buy because you will be buying under-priced.

3) if there was a sudden rise and a big rise, then it can still be the time to buy with the difference that the risk at times like that would be much higher than the other 2 scenarios and you have to be that much more careful.

That are good stances for the better future of bitcoin but still we need some more companies to promote bitcoin through their services like facebook and youtube are needed to add bitcoin as their payment system for any services so that each and every person know about bitcoin.
