However, this is not a signed message. He's asking for the signed message that you sent to theymos.

It depends on how important your account is. Since (AFAIK) your account isn't thst important anymore, it can take anything from a few weeks to a year.

I dont think sending a small amoint to your own address would prove anything more than you know the public key address.
You need to sign a message from the address : 16RCB5ykfMGDRoiYkRp6DGzPwaU3G7hQrQ Because if you can sign that address it proves you have the private keys to that addy and it's yours.

OP do you know what wallet you use? If so we can help sign a message or you can look here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345.0 .  Or just google your wallet name and signing message.    It is what is considered proper as far as proving ownership.

After doing that add it to this thread.  Then it becomes a waiting game and amount of time can very greatly.

You need to include the message too or people wouldn't be able to verify it. The message should have a time-stamp too so that people will know that it's new.
