Survey: UK Companies Buy Bitcoin to Pay off Ransomware Extortionists

A recent survey by corporate networking firm Citrix has revealed that companies are ‘stockpiling’ bitcoin to use the cryptocurrency as ransom payment if faced with a ransomware attack.

I don't believe any of that article. It sounds like total bullshit. 1/3rd of surveyed companies have an emergency bitcoin stash? 1/3rd just might have heard the word in passing. And I thought the ransomware investor had released the key generator.
