I have personally went through and taken care of all broken images, though i am not sure what that has to do with navigation?
I have made the website as user friendly as i possibly can.
Though i will be adding an faq shortly.
But if you are to sign up there is a chatbox in your profile.. of which i am on all day long checking to see if there are any questions of any manner, but as for the the customer/tutorial watcher its pretty user friendly. Though if i am missing something please let me know.. it only helps in the future.
