TLDR?

The author explains how to use a few bitcoin exchanges to save a few percentage points when transferring between currencies & banks in different countries versus using a wire.

The only reason to limit the block size is to subsidize non-Bitcoin currencies

TLDR?
Website is the "biggest online portal for foreigners in Japan, providing jobs, apartments, community, classifieds, news and more." 2.5M page views/mo, 300K unique visitors/mo.
The article is a semi-step-by-step of how to use bitcoin to transfer from JPY in Japan to USD in a US account without the usual 4000JPY (~$43) fee. Method is MtGox>CampBX>Dwolla>Bank.
