I prefer besthostfree.com because of three reasons...

1. A bootstrapped project can be hosted there for free. When the project grows and demands for more resource, it can be upgraded to paid without any hassle.

2. They accept bitcoin.

3. Their support ticket resolution is super fast.

I've used qhoster, I've been very happy with the price. They're customer service team is a bit hard to work with though, but wasn't a huge issue for me.

I've used qhoster before aswell, they are good but agree with what regor said their communication speed is awful. Seems to be a common issue with cheap webhosts.
