It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I ready send btc to escrow for you

friend I understand that you willing to earn 50 via selling your paypal account so now question is that how we can trust each other?
so I can offer you 100% protection on your account via submit myself 50 USD worth of btc for you as "Security Deposit" to trusted escrow on this forum
ok? sounds fair?

let me know if we can do it

waiting for you

thanks
