There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Did you check the estimated value for this account via the bitcoin account price checker?

0.6btc just seem a little high to me for an account with poor post quality, but maybe not.

You won't get this much a legendary account with no trust can go between 0.2-0.3 btc but with that post quality.
