posts are sum of posts, you have made, and activity is sum of days, you have made posts. e.g if you will make every day 3 posts for 14 days, after 14 day, you will get +14 activity and 3*14 posts.

activity is increasing every 14 days if toy will make every day even 1 post

posts doesn't have a limit. activity have limit and it's calculated this way:
Quote
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

read more here.

and activity is sum of days, you have made posts.

not exactly. it doesn't matter if you make 50 in one day. you'll still only get time*14 activity.

It's a nice system, isn't it? It's much nicer than just the usual boring post count. It could even be improved upon by implementing even more complex activity ranking algorithms in the future - EpochTalk would be a place to have this engineered.
