hmm, don't know why. I don't have a Mac to test, not sure how firefox work on OSX to test and check what's wrong, sorry.

The only système tested as working is Windows ans Linux, both in firefox and chrome.

Maybe someone in this topic already work with our plugin on OSX ? if not, sorry, but, no idea for people work on MAC-PC

Funny thing is, it worked before, on a Mac and OSX.. I signed up March 10th (post #18), installed the plug-in, got myself a reference number, disabled Ad blocker and... clicked away, hopefully visiting the sites (and pop-ups) that would contribute to the balance of the pool. A few days ago that black text disappeared... In OSX preferences the plug-in was still enabled. Reinstalled the plug-in, but no... same 'problem'. Still have the little Charity Ad button in the top right corner of my FF screen and the only option is 'disable' so it must be working. Also still see 'ads and pop-ups' flying by...

No idea why this happens, just sayin' I didn't change anything from my side.

On your registration on the 10th march, it was the same navigator ? firefox right ? did you have a update of your firefox until this 10th March ? If yes, maybe we can search on this way.
