Why you asking us ? You should be contacting them. I dont see the logic here .

Well, we could at least help the dude out by asking some questions. Is it an automatic or standard Visa that's frozen? If standard, push it to the top of a hill, then let it roll down, popping the clutch once up to speed. That should unfreeze it.

It's a virtual card that is frozen because I'm trying to call matter a long time ago but to no avail
