It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Thank you for the links. I now playing with vanitygen, but in reasonable time i can generate only short patterns. Is there save function so i dont loose progress when i quit the console?

There is no "progress" as far as I know. It's completely randomly checking hashes until one of them matches what you've asked it for.

Thank you, I will try to find bigger patterns then over multiple vanitygen starts - i cant run the comp 24/7
