In my understanding, he is asking why you give rain to other people instead of giving it to the one who hit it. But logically why he need to ask it while the rain is indeed should be distributed to other players?

Not a problem JPR and thanks for informing . I think MP should fix this soon its almost been a day and half but still no response from MP devs . Hope they fix it soon so that all the paused promos will resume . We really were looking forward to the 5.6 BTC run

Yeah you are right. I know that rain is given to other players but as last time I played that is only for 6/49 not for 5/25. And last time too I saw he always give 10% rain to the one that hit it, not giving 10% for other people on 5/25 games

please let m eexplain the 5/5 rain rule as it was set up from the start. if a user hits 5/5 up to 0.8 we send him the rain back so no rain is given to any user.

but short while ago we changed this rule and announced  it in our thread and changed the FAQ so you can read it there. we now give each time a user hits 5/5 the 10% rain to the users in chat or as we think it is appropriate. I hope I could clear this point an dit is understood now

48hours passed but the problem is not fixed? Seems that the issue on all bets tab that does not updated is a very hard problem to fix. What is the latest news from MP's dev about this issue, any ETA?

thank you for the question. in general a socketpot issue was always very fast fixed by the old head dev and the new head dev. the head dev messaged a few m minutes ago that he has to deal with a serious child injury so he was not able to work and fix the issue. very understandable cause children are most important in our live imo. lets pray and hope all will be fine

Yeah that is why I am asking for this matter? Because last time it happened as I know we get every kind of rain if ee hitted no matter if we hit 5/25 or 6/49 though and we also get some rubies too as our rain reward but you said you just change it short while ago that means it is not old enough as I understand this
