We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the methods through which free bitcoins are earned. GiveawayNetwork websites operated under the Giveaway brand ("Giveaway”) are contingent upon the Customer completing an offer, and referring a certain number of friends who must each also complete an offer. For Giveaway websites, we reserve the right to change the approval requirements necessary to receive a free item, including but not limited to increasing the number of friends required to get approval. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value.

When a users account is placed on hold they are disqualified from any further participation in this sites rewards program, and are no longer eligible to receive a free gift even if the requirements have been partially or fully met by the user. I. MEMBERSHIP
1. Valid Information
(a). Users shall provide accurate information about their identity to Giveaway and their web sites.
(b). Users shall not use another person's name or information to create an account on any Giveaway web site, i.e. you may not signup for another person.
2. Accounts
(a). Only residents of the following countries may create accounts: United Kingdom.
(b). User must be 18 years or older to register an account on our sites. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be placed on hold indefinitely.
(c). Users may not have multiple accounts on the same Giveaway website, all users found to have multiple accounts will be placed on hold
(d). A user may not use another person's name or information to receive products from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account. Any user we suspect of doing this will have theirs and all involved parties accounts placed on hold.
(e). A user may not "walk" a referral through the creation of an account or any subsequent campaign activity on our referral based sites. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and are responsible for completing the offer process themselves. If a user is found to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all involved parties will have their accounts placed on hold.
(f). Referral credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

(a). Any unauthorized use or entry into a Giveaway web site is illegal and is punishable by law. The violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for Giveaway to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law as well as disqualify any accounts created by the offender.
II. FREE BITCOINS
1. Eligibility to receive a free bitcoins.
(a). Users must do the following to be eligible to receive free bitoin from CoinGiveaway.com.
i. Complete 1 offer which is approved and credited by the offer provider.
ii. Refer the required (Depending on the FREE bitcoin selected) unique people ("referrals") who properly sign up and complete 1 offer as specified by the terms of this agreement.
(b). We will only give credit for referrals who sign up under the referral link provided to you by our web sites. Some applications can remove the tracking segment of the URL, you assume this risk.

(d). Any breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in your eligibility to receive a free gift being revoked, and your account placed on hold.
2. Receipt of Free bitcion
(a). This web site does not guarantee the receipt of any bitcoin regardless of offers completed or referrals. All Users are subject to our fraud verification process before receiving any bitcoin.
(b). We will take measures to ensure a timely receipt of bitcoin, but cannot guarantee the delivery time.
3. Delivery
(a). All bitcion orders are sent to the bitcion addresss specified when the user registered with our site. It is the User’s responsibility to make sure this address is correct. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to an incorrect address.
(b). If a User does not receive the bitcoin within 24 hours from the time the gift was marked as sent, he/she should contact Giveaway and confirm that their address was correct. 4. Order Cancellation

5. Availability of Bitcion
(a). We reserve the right to change or remove any free gift offered on any of our web sites at any time. If a free gift is replaced by a different gift, the new gift may not be of equal value to the gift being replaced.
III. ONLINE OFFERS
1. Completion of Offers
(a). Users may only receive credit for first time completion of an offer. If you have previously completed an offer elsewhere, you cannot receive credit for completing that same offer again. Completing the same offer more than once via any single or any combination of Giveaway web sites will result in your account being placed on hold.
(b). In order to receive credit for completing an offer, you must use the same email address that you used to register as a User at the Giveaway web site from which you completed the offer. (c). Any disputes over completion of an offer must be taken up directly with the provider of the offer.
(d). Users may only complete offers under their own account.

You may not go directly to the URL provided on the web site by pasting or typing it into your browser or through other means which allows you to access the offer provider web site without clicking the link from a Giveaway web site.
2. Failure to receive credit for an offer
(a). Giveaway does not guarantee that you will receive credit for completing an offer. We reserve the right to refuse crediting you for the completion of an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, and/or history of manual credits.
(b). We are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive offer credit. The time it takes to receive credit varies greatly.
(c). You are responsible for keeping all emails you receive from offer providers regarding the completion of their offers. Manual credit will not be given without a confirmation email.
