6.91 btc gone at okcoin.cn ? (solved)

this is the transaction that show mmy btc transfer from an exchange to okcoin.cn wallet
it shows bothh 6.91 and 7.23 btc spent but only 7.23 spent by me. 6.91 never arrived to my wallet
is this a problem or just unconfirmed transaction can be seem like this ?

it shows 14 btc came but only 7.23 is came.
i look my transaction history in okcoin.cn but 6.91 is missing at there.
 
update: they ve corrected situation, lost btcs now in account.

I have put the transaction id to blockchain.info [1] and it shows that 14.14327573BTC were sent to you. There are only 2 outputs not 3 as shown in okcoin.cn link. What bitcoin wallet are you using?

if you didn't spend it then it's obviously a mistake on their service. there's nothing you can do besides waiting for your support ticket to be handled.

You must be patient waiting for answers from admin of okcoin.cn, i have be throught the same problem on cloud mining before. But everything was fine after got answers from the admin. Usualy there are problem on their hot wallet.

explorers sow 14.14 arrived yes but my wallet show only 7.23 arrived.
although 6.91 and 7.23 were sent from different wallet blockhain explorers shows them together , also they show 6.91 is spent ,yes  my wallet is empty i sold y btcs but i havent sold 6.91 probably somebody else sold it or nothing happened not sure.

but i know what caused this now 
if i send from 2 different wallets to an okcoin.cn wallet it only sees one of them ,other one is disappears.
they correct manually but it is a bug, it should be fixed by code.
