Xapo Wallet safe?

So, i'm just starting out and I got Xapo in order to collect some satoshi to play around with. I was wondering if Xapo is safe to use? It lets me instantly transfer money from faucets to my wallet so I don't have to "collect X amount before cashing out". I've heard that online wallets can be insecure, should I get a safer (desktop?) wallet and transfer what I collect there, or will I be fine using Xapo? Thanks!

if you want to earn from faucet , i think that is no problem if you use xapo, well if faucet pay directly via xapo , nothing you can do

Xapo's customer service is far better than blockchain's customer service,it's like a bike and snail,blockchain.info took about a week or more just to get replied by their customer service,xapo is not that suck if you compare it

I think the wallet is okay and that nothing is wrong with it, they are safe and their service is way better than other wallets at the moment.

Xapo sometimes doesn't send the verification codes via the mobile and hence you can be anytime locked out of your account.

It's better to have 3 wallets with 20% of your money stored in each one, so that if you lose access to one at anytime, you don't lose all your coins. Xapo support is good though and it's best used for faucet earnings.

I also experienced problem that sometimes Xapo don't send sms verification code. But it's quite good online wallet. But I don't like that I can't check how much coins totally I received and send due to multiple Xapo wallet adresses.

This is saying enough about what he said, and that is that its depending on the person, I never had any problems with the wallet so I also never used their customer service to be honest.

The wallet is safe and can be used, they have outstanding service and I think there never been big problems with them in the overall.
I had good experience and I think a lot of people are also agreeing with it.

I think they are really trusted comapny i sore my Bitcoin ther now since 2 years !
and i own a Bitocin Faucet that pays via XAPO API and it works now since 1 Year great !!!
The bettest think on XAPo is that they charge no fees for transaktions, thats pertty fine for Faucets !
Since newest time they also provide a Credit Card(Master Card) but i not orderet it  will test the Debit Card soon !

I do not use wappo wallet because we have a local wallet in our country , i think xapo could be a safe wallet like other people said it is one of the most safe wallet . And it has a very great feature , and its faucets and faucets games , the rewards from there are instantly sent directly to xapo wallet . Ive tried to use it before because of their android game that givea satoshi and it was great .

im use xapo more than 1year and it's very safe.
the 2fa is very safe , no 3rd aplication to acces 2fa, only sms/call verification or 2fa use xapo android app.

It's safe so far since it enforces 2FA but I only store small amounts there. I use XAPO mainly to receive dust from genesis mining cloud mining. XAPO do not charge transaction fees for sending bitcoins.

Every case and problem is different. I honestly doubt that Blockchain's support has so many tickets pending that it takes a week to respond to their customers.
We can't generalize which support is superior and from my experience the most common problem is bad management/lack of security of users accounts.
And if that is the case - every online wallet provider is the same.

Xapo has been the best wallet online currently TBH. They have been dealing with lots of btc everyday and even rewarding their customers with free btc for no work. It can be considered safe, but remember, don't put bitcoins on any online wallet, always use desktop wallet for storing your coins.

I never know that Xapo gives free btc.
Do you mean faucets that are paying directly to Xapo? If so, it is not Xapo who gives free credit, they just offer a free direct payment from those faucet providers

But are there independent auditors who could verify their claims? Otherwise its simply a masturbation exercise by XAPO.
