game over?

Seems like yes.

They promised a lot of things but after the ICO finished, they went silent day by day.

Thanks for the exit 'pump'. It's been 'fun' while it lasted. FWIW I don't think this project is a scam. I honestly don't, and anyone with half a brain can realize that. Development is there, progress (albeit slow), is there. However its a seriously poorly executed project. Honestly one of the worst coins (as far as ROI) of 2016 and into 2017. Good luck to all brk/brx hodlers, I hope you all don't keep waiting in vain. In the meantime...onto bigger & better things. Good luck! Smiley

Actually this coin is very serious bad and many people lost money on this coin. The team is never talking here, or promote their sportsbook or poker.

This is the ignorance I'm talking about. If you're going to blame Breakout team, at least blame them for actual faults. Read the posts by Mario who's pretty good at throwing tidbits here everynow and then. Also, how often will you have to be told TO JOIN THE SLACK for more consistent updates and discussions regarding this coin and development? Granted there is so much, but theres a whole hell of a lot more than what's being said in here. So enough with the blind ignorance and accusations of 'scam'.

The real faults are that it was an initially poorly though out project, then when they started regaining their bearings, executed the plan poorly resulting in what we have now. That's all.

Anybody here want to cut a deal on some breakout game store gift card credits?  I've got a few 100 dollars worth (haven't added them up really-that's an approximation) that I won playing poker but I'm probably not going to use....I will trade for BRK, BRX, BTC....or some other viable altcoins.....

^^^BUMP^^^BUMP^^^

You know....this project is actually pretty big.  They are doing a lot of things all at once.  I think that if, and when, it all comes together, it will be more successful then speculated.  I believe that what's going on here, in this part of the community, is a "can't see the forest through the trees" type of syndrome.  This project is developing from several different fronts....if they come all come together, the potential is huge.  Right?

It is a shame that they even didn't pay the signature bounty, so what we can expect more from them? I expect nothing but low price.

Anyone with a half of brain that plays poker knows that are just using grand poker software... Its cheap software that has no competition with any serious poker client. First thing to do if you want investors is to make real software or software that is better then the competition. Until they can come out with better software I think they have long way to go...

Huck seed says its decentralized... Breakout Gaming will use IP blocking, gaming collusion detection, KYC verification, and other measures to ensure full compliance with all U.S. gaming regulations. It sounds like any other gaming client but instead of using paper currency you your converting it to crypto currencies. soon as the word regulation comes in it doesn't solve any problems people have with the regulations restricting people playing online games for profit.

That's my only concern.  Why offer a cryptocurrency based platform if you're not going to utilize any of the virtues associated with the technology....that part doesn't make sense.  But, I am hoping that they know something we don't know....Maybe they're putting themselves into position to take advantage of some future regulatory actions?

I was very excited about this coin - I have now exited. Unfortunately,
the BRK is worthless to me if I cannot use it to play in the US.

The BRX almost never stakes for me, I only had 2500+ compared to
6.2 the million out there. Even when I put them large blocks I was lucky
to get 1 stake a month.

I wish I had seen it in the original ICO period in which I could have gotten more for less.
But, I have no complaints. I traded a lot when it 1st came on the exchange and made a profit.
The concept was good and paying the Brand Ambassadors was brilliant.
Unfortunately, it is hard to compete against the big boys, especially those that are already legal in the US.
In addition, the free tourneys were a lot of fun. Thank you!

Good luck to the team, project and holders of the coin.

I have just received this e-mail tonight:

Quote
Dear Customer,

We hope this email finds you well.

CONGRATULATIONS, you have received a free entry to "The BIG" Poker Tournament (Tournament id 2417) to take place on March 19th.

All you need to do is to BE READY TO PLAY the tournament you do not have to register or pay the entry fee
(Our Tournaments team will add your name to the tournament list)

The BIG tournament has a €2,500 guaranteed prize pool.
Don't miss your chance to take a piece of this prize pool.

I have seen this tournament every day of the week, a 20 euro buyin 2500 guaranteed, except last Sunday, it was 45 euro buyin 5000 guaranteed.

The e-mail states that I have won a ticket to The BIG on March 19th with €2,500 guaranteed. I have looked in the lobby all evening but there is no tournament called The BIG.

I have e-mailed support and they claim that the tournament has already ended. This is very strange, since I have seen the tournament every day for the last 2 weeks and it still would be running for another 3 hours from current time. Besides that, last week Sunday it was a bigger tournament, but the automated e-mail suggests it would be a regular 2500 guaranteed The BIG tournament.

Has anyone who plays on the new poker client seen this tournament The BIG today, on March the 19th? Because I'm quite sure it never even started today.

This was a simple error by support. It has been dealt with and a new tournament seat will be sent via email. This is not the place to look for poker support.

Even when I put them large blocks I was lucky
to get 1 stake a month.

That's your problem right there.  You don't want your BRX in large blocks, you want the exact opposite.  As many small blocks as possible!

If you had broken those 2500 BRX up into 2500 1 BRX inputs, you would have done MUCH MUCH better.

Tried smaller blocks as well but, same result.
Almost no stakes
1/block for 2500 blocks vs. millions at 1/block.
Not good odds. But, appreciate the advice.

Actually, I had the same problem....I moved my BRX out of my wallet too because they weren't staking has well as I thought they should....I had mine broke up into 110 BRX inputs and had little success....so I just use them to trade with now which is pretty good in comparison.

Thats the worst investment in my portfolio...

dump it.  many ppl did long ago (and no i'm not saying this for 'moer cheap fucking coins') - this dev and cronies are known for half-assed finished projects and dumping their loads/bags on everyone else during the release/hype phase with promises promises promises....and then excuses and NOTHING delivered.  then...REKT.

fuck these cunts
