I am mining now with R9 390X ether . so i want to know, can i mining ether and other altcoin together in one time with this R9 390x ?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

some pools are setup for merged mining (alt)coins, but i don't think it exists for ethereum

EDIT: apparently, it is possble... you learn something new every day.

Of course just check the claymore dual miner thread above, you can mine DCR at the same time.

Claymore miner can mine Ethereum and DeCred at the same time. sp_ is also developing a nVidia miner to do the same.
