Following up on my post yesterday about "BCT makes me sick", which was on topic of the thread title.

Wow! I feel really, really good on this digested tablespoon concentrated high absorption curcumin+piperene mixed with two tablespoons coconut milk, simultaneous with sublingual oregano oil! I ended up working though the entire night until 8am because I was excited about what I was coding and I felt strong. So I guess I had awoken 1pm yesterday, thus 19 hours work day. I should instead get my sleep on time. But after sleeping 6 hours, I woke and feel really good. My voice changed to very deep (an instant change), indicating my testosterone was back to normal. Also the muscle tone in my back changed and became more chiselled (an instant change!). This seems to indicate strongly that the chronic inflammation I was suffering was messing up my hormonal balance as well, which would explain the enlarged prostate which messes up the blood flow which explains the red blood clots spots on the testicles (which btw have greatly diminished). Staying off the forum and avoiding that stress seems to also really help a lot, but for sure the curcumin was like a magic switch. The curcumin by itself before I discovered the sublingual oregano oil wasn't sufficient. Together they seem to do magic. Hope this will sustain!
