I was watching
http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/ about an hour ago. The day Low/High and Open sums were in the regions of 22-29 USD, and the latest price was 26 USD. Then the latest price changed directly to 17 usd, and day Low/high and Open sums changed to roughly 14-24 and open 23.9 (as it currently states on the site). After maybe 20 minutes all of the sums changed to the previous higher sums in the regions of 22-29 usd; this lasted for about 1 minute and then the sums switched back to exactly the sums prior to the raise.
What on earth happened, of course it's not "market fluctuations".
