I think namecheap.com is a fine hosting site.  With regards to identity, I think it is fine to fake your identity but i wonder why you have to?  And btw good thing with name cheap is that you can us Bitcoin as mode of payment that seals your anonimity plan to success Cheesy.  And they have promo's too.  Discounted price of domain name for a year.  Not bad if you want to subscribe for it .

there are lots of adult site owner actually found themselves stand trial when users upload unmoderated files. just incase that happen to me, i don't have to run to thailand like the rest did.

If you use false details in your registration, your registrar can just take your name away from you without needing a court order, or anything else. They can even do this if you move, and don't update your details.

You can pay directly with Bitcoin on Namecheap. And of course you can use fake informations, that's even recommended.
