2.5 Years in Bitcoin and still holding.

I will hold for 10+ years because I don't have deep regrets of selling too early. Ideally, we will reach a point where we don't even need to sell because Bitcoin is simply too valuable and the government currency is not as trusted as Bitcoin.

So yeah probably a few years.

I think the bitcoin price can reach $1500 by the end of 2017. But it is still better not to sell at that price.

If you think the bitcoin price will rise in the long run, it is better to buy some now and hold for the long term.

Many people want to use the bitcoin, but the transaction confirmation time is too slow at the moment. They are using the Ethereum now.

There are times that the level of confirmations are slow but there are ways to get with this - we can pay higher amount of transaction fees and the process is very fast. For me, it is alright to wait for confirmation and benefit from all of bitcoin's features than fiat money transactions that has many government regulations.

Surely it will. Slow and long term investment, wins the race. Of course, we can get a few profit doing day trading by buying and selling coins in a short period of time but we can get much profit if we go for a long term. This way, we are also not gets very stressful because we just let our bitcoin stays in our wallet no matter what the price is compared to day trading where you will always get stressed with the volatility of price.

Holders do contribute to a price increase. Think what would happen if one of the early investors decided to offload his stake in one of the exchanges.
Of course, if they spent their coins, it would result in an increase in bitcoin adoption.

Honestly i can wait for that its very long time for me so i decided to use my bitcoin to increase the amount of my bitcoins.
Im satisfied right now what i am earnings than buy and sell bitcoins but its still doing it as of now because it increasing my revenue..

Now only very few believe that long time holding is profitable. Holding is the best option if one doesn't wish to take risk. Also the earning will be very low compared to most other methods.

I feel the people who are holding are the few.

Most of us are here for short term profits which is why most people try acquire bitcoin in other forms of being free or to get it for cheaper then the market value.

So the ones who are holding have their methods of making for them to hold just remember that.

holding bitcoin for a long time is a good decision because there is always a very low risk of losing your money, if you are holding bitcoin for a long time then you will not be caring for a little ups or down and will remain confident, and will surely get a good profit in the end. therefore i always prefer long term  investment.

Good for you that you have been able to hold on to your Bitcoin for such a long time, I would not be able to do that. If you have been holding for so long then I am sure that you will be able to make a huge profit right now if you sold.

I have also tried to hold on to my Bitcoin for that long but every time that I can make a profit I sell some Bitcoin.
Saving is pretty hard but I will try harder next time I buy Bitcoin.

As much as I want to hold my earnings from signature campaign, I was oblige to spend almost all of it.  I am kind of envious with you cause it is like you do not need to work hard for it.  I mean it is not your only source of income since you are able to keep it all.
