What is the problem that we can't press ChessCoin under 2% inflation?
The discussion about the FacebookCoin shows us what happens when companies try to make their own currency…
- FacebookCoin can be made infinitely (MAX_MONEY = ∞ )
- FacebookCoin must pay taxes… created out of nothing is not possible - it has to be paid first and then used… e.g. Bitcoin uses electricity energy, which is paid via the electricity bill and there an electricity tax is due... at XRP or XLM we have the same problem as with FacebookCoin - but there is a fixed amount of coins that can define a fixed value for an acquisition price – one day X at a price Y, etc.)
We could experience the day that states have all coins registered and their holders to have to pay an acquisition...
- With FacebookCoin there will not be this day X because the amount Y is unknown and if this amount is unknown the purchase tax can be infinitely high...
In contrast, ChessCoin is optimal for a company from a tax point of view... the coins were created by an unknown one - these coins were purchased via an exchange and can now be passed directly to a company - the company no longer needs to worry about the coins and can take care of the technical progress take care...
