Let's assume someone finds interest, it would need a hard fork and convincing holders and Yobit to switch to the new chain. I don't see a reason for holders to go against limited supply, however I have no idea how to make Yobit follow the new chain unless it comes from Isolani.

1.Why Hard Fork? Can we realize a ChessCoin Inflation from 3.2% with a Soft Fork?  
 
2.All ChessCoins should withdrawn from Yobit... I assume that Yobit can't meet the requirements of a Cryptoexchange...
