Exchanges are all dangerous, there is no single exchange that is purely easy and reliable, any of them can get hacked and any of them can scam you so there is no way to know which exchange you should use. But even after saying all of that you need to consider binance as the clear best in the world.

I mean they got hacked for 7000 bitcoins and they are still doing amazingly. I think if you use binance and you get scammed or get hacked and what not that is worth the risk since you may get unlucky
but that is a lower chance of happening compared to any other exchange. To be clear I am not saying binance is easy and reliable and won't have any issues but I am only saying that binance is comparatively speaking the best you have.

The local exchange are more easy to understand and a bit reliable to me. I have been using https://remitano.com  for sometime now because this is one of local cryptocurrencies exchange we have in my country and since our government know about them I think it is safe for me. Another international exchange that I do trade through is poloniex and that is because of how simple the exchange platform is and trust it has over time.

I have been using bittrex since 2016 and I am completely satisfied with this resource.  And here it is convenient to trade not only Bitcoin, but also other cryptocurrencies.  In addition, the situation did not worsen even after new conditions appeared on the Bittrex trading exchange to provide passport data from all users.

These are the exchanges that I use to believe to be the best which I am sure many people here will also agree to this, but it seems a little to me that their hype is what is making them look like the best and getting the whole world attention, although they are good and I do not dispute that, but when checked through coinmarketcap after getting an hint of it through a mate post, I truly found out that there are exchanges that is  being even used more than these two, and one of them happen to even be the first on the list in coinmarket cap which you can check also and  I think it’s called DOBI exchange.

Referring to reliable words, c-cex is a good candidate and this is also based on their site history or trading platform. Poloniex, bittrex, binance and yobit are included in what you are looking for in my opinion because based on my experience I also use these exchangers.

Well, I see people suggesting such exchanges as Poloniex, HitBTC, Bittrex, and so on. As far as I know, they are not easy for perception and trading itself, especially for beginners. But if they are okay about them, it’s alright. We all are different and have different skills and preferences, and that’s okay. Still, I think we should give recommendations not only based on our preferences but based on experience and some kind of standards too.
For example, Coinbase and CEX (https://cex.io/) are newbie-oriented exchanges. They are easy to navigate and belong to the number of the oldest and trusted websites. As for Binance, that's also a good start for beginners, but it offers only crypto-to-crypto trading. So, it's also necessary to consider such factors as payment methods, country restrictions, etc., not just following criteria “easy and reliable”.
