Hello, I have downloaded wallet 1.0.0.7

I have updated and confirmed my .conf
I have replaced the peers.dat

both were in the syndicate roaming data.

I am currently stuck at 6 weeks behind from the dl chain.

I have no active connections.
Tying to get a masternode set up, but cant seem to get the wallet to run first. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: ok I think i've narrowed down the issue. When I launch the wallet, its reverting my peers.dat from the 30kbs file posted earlier back into (what i assume is) the original 2kb file.
Can anyone help me out on this?
