Transaction of BTC 241, unconfirmed for hours

This got my attention since it contains my small transaction (BTC0.02) as well. Here's the tx:

So, is it the traffic or low fee / no fee? But I'm sure the fee was deducted when i withdrew .02 from Bittrex today.

Small transaction fees also mean longer wait times. With a small fee like that, you will not be getting your tx into the first block the network mines, you'll be in a block around 6 mined blocks after tx.

Are you gone mad ?? i dont think anyone would pay a fee of 0.1-0.2btc for a 0.02btc transaction. also no one would pay such a fee for 241btc transaction because i dont think the size of the transaction would be that big to pay such a fee ever. so think once before you post.

I found something weird about the transaction,if you look at the same tx in block explorer https://blockexplorer.com/tx/d90f08153ff92f8fb91a4314f5efa1472f823ddd490bb697f61de23adc3a1a61 it shows 144 confirmations while blockchain.info shows 141 confirmations.Your transaction is not of 241BTC but 0.02.title is misleading.Please lock the thread as the problem seems to be solved.
