That's not true, the longer you play on gambling the more you will have a chance to encounter a 10th lose streak bet. I'd encountered that so many times and I know that it is more dangerous to play longer than having big bets and play for only 5-10 minutes then stop.

No thing is guaranteed in gambling , but I will suggest a method which I used for long time .
You can gamble on football matches , but you will choose the small odds like @1.09 , or @1.12 , the event which is related to the previous odds almost is close to happen , if you bet on 3 or 4 matches a day , you will make about 30% profit of your investment , you also can bet on other sports.
