I agree with what you stated.  Gambling as i is cannot be taken advantage by skills or researches.  It is all luck / chance.  Worst is the house edge that gives the house and advantage.  Even at a small percentage it can turn the flow of the game for the house favor.  What more if you are playing for a long run.

Sports betting for example is a great way to have fun while watching an event and if you have knowledge of the event you can apply that to increase your chances.

I never saw a strategy posted online to actually work. I've never seen someone getting rich and never loosing money using their 'strategy'. It is LUCK. Only luck. Gambling should never be played for profit, but for fun. Gamble for profit = depression 100%.

I do have to say that there can be some strategy involved some of the time.  Think about it.  if the house have a .1 edge, then $1 of every $1,000, the house will keep.  So there is the other $999 that is out there.  What some people do not realize is that the house edge is 99%, in this example, this does not mean your chances of winning are 99%.  It does not work that way.  you have to take into consideration everyone else who is playing to make a better play strategy.  Just my opinion though.

My opinion is I think outside of the box and will not overthink to get more chances to win in gambling especially in dice, there are other games that we could master in playing like sports betting and skilled base games, we should focus on that rather.

I have been playing almost all games here in bitcointalk and i have loose and won as well. the percentage of loss is a lot more than winnings actually. How you can say this while there are so many players who are making very good profit just by using their knowledge and skills, poker and sports betting are totally different than casinos games, although gambling has big risks and we can lose our money luck based games.

yes mate it is much better to trade instead of doing or engaging with gambling you can only wins numerous times but the loses that you will get is much higher, the risk is too high. no easy way unless you have insider tips but that is also another side of the story.

If a "few loosing hands will let you at starting point or under that level once again" you have a horrible bank roll management. All long term successful gamblers have a very good bank roll management. It´s one of the biggest differences between pros and amateurs. Most pros might never risk more than 1% of their bank roll for example.

I don't know if most would say that poker is the "easiest" way to make a profit from gambling, but for me, in recent years it has been. Mind you, I've been playing poker for over half my life and only in the last few years have I started showing consistent profits.
