My name is Eric Mu and recently I filmed HaoBTC's Bitcoin mine here in Kangding, China. I uploaded the video to Youtube and it was posted by someone else on Reddit. Then someone that goes by the alias 3xploit on Reddit (later confirmed to be Marshall Long, CEO of Final Hash, one of the world’s largest bitcoin mines in USA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zKuoqZLyKg&feature=youtu.be) claims that I was lying and that the mine in the video was owned by a man named 李木. This is serious accusation for 3xploit was suggesting that I was lying and that HaoBTC had been engaged in fraud - neither is true. I thus decided to accept 3xploit's challenge - I will prove that I have been honest and that the mine is owned by HaoBTC, my legal employer. If 3xploit can prove otherwise is the case, then I am willing to pay him 100BTC; if he can't then, he is liable to pay me the same amount.

If you were to get this bet going, I highly recommend that you get a lawyer to outline the terms and conditions of the wager in great detail.

As I can see, you claimed https://blockchain.info/address/17sJZCctrh8wiVy18CYRu8o6jKjBiXb28F to be your address and right now, there is 0.27307292 BTC on it. You need to top it up to 100 BTC and sign a message with it. But, before that, 3xploit need to publish his address with 100 BTC and prove ownership too.

Sure, i am more than happy to meet that obligation once 3xploit (presumably Marshal Long's alias ) agree to the terms too.

Came here from the thread on the mining sub-forum... That escalated quickly to a huge bet Shocked The guy is really brave if he indeed accepts your bet. Going to be pretty tough proving his point, against ALL your pictures and videos Cheesy

Not really familiar on the mining scene in China but am familiar with HaoBTC. This is some pretty serious allegations against some solid proofs (such as pics and some vids on the mining farm). If he accepts the bet, you should both sign an address and put 100 BTC to each of it and send it to an escrow(?) until everything is settled.

Let me know if you need an escrow agent.  Obviously someone throwing around false claims isn't going to pay a 100 BTC lost bet...

That won't guarantee anything but just an proof of ownership of the funds which is a mandatory first step.

You both could use a trusted escrow either from this forum or other third party services and send the funds to them.On winning the bets.the escrow can sent the amounts to the winner. This would guarantee everything stays fair. Also, the idea seems very stupid to me,if you believe the mine is haobtc you don't need to argue with idiots to prove them something's just isn't right.

Interesting thread. I'm going to follow this one.
So you were the film maker. Do you have any plans on more bitcoin related films?

I can see where this is going. Good luck to your bet eric as 3xploit doesn't have a valid evidence provided at the moment as you've shown the screenie above.

The dude is an ass. The bet was if the mining farm in the pic is solely owned by HaoBTC or not, and they both accepted it. Idk but this dude seems to be dodging the bet he agreed upon, which is not a good thing.

What a drama. Pretty interesting read up untill the point where 3xploit starts to repeat himself about both being right. There it got boring and lame...

I understand you want to protect the reputation of the mining farm you work for, but making a 100BTC bet with an internet troll is not going to work out I'm afraid.

Well, this is going to be interesting. I'd say that Eric @ HaoBTC would be one of the more trustworthy people that is active on this forum. However, I doubt that a troll like exploited will have the money to fund 100 BTC into his account.

The fact that HaoBTC has the guts to wager already proves that they are legit.
