Well what do you guys think is the best/easiest way of gaining bitcoins? Whether it be mining or performing a skill or trade or even just buying them from an exchange. What do YOU think is the best way to get ahold of bitcoins?

Decrease numbers in you bank account to increase numbers in you Bitcoin wallet is certainly the easiest way.

All previous versions of currency will no longer be supported as of this update

Personally, https://localbitcoins.com has been the fastest and easiest way for me to buy Bitcoins (via online bank transfers).

Depending on the seller you can get coins in as little as 5–10 minutes. Most of that time was me fucking around with my online banking to add payment details.

If you don't care so much about fees then some of the deposit methods on http://blockchain.info might be comparable but I haven't used any of these.

But them and exchanges isn't the only place to buy them.  You need another option.
