By editing the old post instead making the new one won't bump the thread, so in this case people won't know any updated news by him. I know his style, and I dont have any problem with that. I just saw few users couldnt adapt with it, I dont know if they are newbies or not.

This is good question, also first will they be accepting if once some point of time denied and also is there minimum waiting period like 1 month, 15 days etc or so?

Usually a week would be fine for applying but base on my experience, most tend to improve within 2 to 3 weeks on wards.

Would like to point out that your among type of users that just keeps posting without adding anything useful to discussion and keep asking useless questions on a lot of thread. Keep doing what your doing and soon you'll get what you deserve.
