2) Borrower should have green trust
3) Loan should have a valid collateral
4) Borrower should accept the loan transfer and need to sign a message from receiving address for confirm

The rule of loans is complicate for new service, because there are some users unfamiliar with sign message and you must give change for newbies to take loans on your services. It will make your services more famous.
