Hi.Today,  my strat wallet is not synchronized. Transaction goes all day. Who then has a similar problem? Very often there are problems with the stratis wallet. Why?

We are very close to DASH, sometimes we have higher market cap, cheers. It is time to be higher rank.

We have no comparison with DASH we are more better than this. Stratis will be more strong than this very soon so keep pushing this with nice spirit and great support.

Although price is still down I noticed a little bit more buy support returning so I think the whales are still suppressing the price to accumulate. I tried to buy more on this dip before it does a cat pounce again. All the other coins on POLO have popped, it's just a matter of time before STRATIS does again.  Smiley

This C# dev is buying Ethereum, not Stratis - maybe this is why Stratis has no major clients yet -

Past 3 weeks I’ve been reading and researching a lot and all I can say for sure is that Stratis IS the real deal. It basically has the same technology than Ethereum (currently worht 200USD a pop) but slightly improves on it.
It’s still a much younger project hence the lower worth at the moment, but it’s only a matter of time (months) before it reaches 50 USD+ or even more. Definitely this year.

Well done to everyone involved, I have 30 Stratis atm and thinking of buying some more. Confident this is going to  be great!

From a technical and charting stand point (regarding the BTC/STRAT price) it appears to be possibly making a "break out" in the downward direction. It has pushed sideways through most of the recently set uptrends, the bottom it has created is almost flat (rather than inclining) and the downtrend is steeper, along with volume dropping at the same time. For the many many years I have watched charts and traded, this signals a loss of momentum to me...
However, I have not sold. Here is why:
First, there are still a bunch of announcements to come soon, which could easily push through the lackluster movement in either direction. This recent run has been completely absent of any news or events whatsoever anyway.
Second, the inflation rate is one of the least in the top ten cryptocurrencies. Which means that it takes far less capital to push STRAT into bullish territory. Think about it, Litecoin's inflation is around 10%, Stratis's inflation is around 0.5%. That means (if mined coins are sold or mined to displace purchasing power) that it takes roughly 20 times the inflow of capital to move the price of Litecoin as it does Stratis.
Third, if there is a pullback, I think it will be temporary. I'm not convinced there will be one, the technicals suggest it is certainly possible. The long term prospects of this project I think are looking more and more promising, I think the model, he security, and the reliability of he STtratis roadmap is far more certain and goal oriented than Ethereum. Not to mention they have hitched their wagon to add to the value of Bitcoin and be a benefit and symbiotic chain to Bitcoin growth. I imagine in 2 or 3 years many people will look back and see how lucky some were to get into STRAT this early in the game.
TL;DR really hard to say, dev announcements and project releases have everything in the air. The technicals definitely suggest a drop could be around the corner if no events/announcements change the sentiment. The long term viability, however, still suggests a much higher valuation than current prices. I'm holding and hope to keep a position indefinitely at this point.

https://np.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/6f0w9p/how_does_ethereum_compare_to_stratis_platform/dierk53/

Those are highly subjective opinions with a lot of gross assumptions...

And so what if he's buying ethereum? Totally mute point...even I and most people here have bought ethereum! Doesn't mean you don't invest in other great technologies.

And no, most big companies are merely investigating ethereum..doesn't mean they will actually use it. Ethereum is being ripped off left and right so corporations can build their own systems based off it. Look at Corda for instance...a banking smarts contract platform in practical use now

You sound like someone who has no clue what they're talking about

Stratis is btw in talks with a lot of companies already...see there blog for more details

It sounds like your trying to reduce the price so you can buy more

See technical analysis here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/stratisplatform/comments/6ftf8a/does_stratis_look_like_its_setting_up_for_a_break/

Almost everyone is saying stratis is going to break upwards soon - some major major announcements coming

syncing issue, seems like i ended up staking on another chain, almost two days...earned 29 strat. then wouldn't sync.
wonder if for the two days i had those in wallet and appeared to be synced, could i have spent them?
first time experiencing that... been staking ioc for 2+ years...not even a hiccup.
all good now just bag is almost $300 oops lighter than i thought

HI Guys
I'm a lucky owner of 430 Strat but i'm asking some questions.
I was about to sell them and i changed my mind, a friend talked to me about a big conference in NY about a big announcement for Stratis and Microsoft. Did you heard that ? Because I see nothing here in this post and did you know when this conference will be ?
What is the potentiel of Stratis ? Because when i see the market capitalisation i see a limited progression...

I went and bought a lot more Strat today but just saw that buy support has dropped to half of what it was few days ago and there is twice as much up for sale. I wonder what is pushing STRAT down when other less decent coins are getting pumped left, right and center. Any reason for the sudden EXODUS and sell off? Is it just the early Whales cashing in and moving on? I bought for long term holding but wondering how low it is going to get now before it starts an uptrend again and should I wait for it to get lower before I buy again? I am a bit shocked it dropped so much, especially as I know it's a good coin, but it's lacking in the support at the moment that other coins are getting.

Probably just whales in accumulation mode. Seems like the support just isnt there and thats gonna shake out some weak hands.

got to expect the profit taking,  w'll see where it stabiizes.

One thing about crypto - the wild swings are common,  and even 'broken' charts tend to correct for good projects  (not saying STRAT chart is broken yet)

Yes probably all the cheer leading was those trying to dump, just saw one massive dump now on POLO..It's very easy to panic sell when they are in dumping mode but I am not going to please the whales and dump at a loss. I will bag hold and if I get spare cash in the next few days I will try get some more..It's just a shame I didn't wait to buy now that it's much lower. I bought at over 37k and now it's going to 33k and down.

going to be swings for sure,  lot of folks have $1 million USD + in STRAT and can't sell that size without affecting market

the counterbalance is that anyone who wants a Breeze master node need 250k STRAT and that is a lot of cash

I just don't understand, with all the good news on the way, why suddenly they all wanna dump at once? If they want to take profit why not just leave on the sell walls? Why suddenly 10 btc dumps at a time like they are panicking? This is what I feel is totally irrational for such a high caliber token such as Stratis. I agree, take some profit, but when you see them dumping hardcore, it's silly in my opinion. I am just frustrated I don't have spare btc to pick up more on the dump..until a few days later.

Most people are completely clueless when it comes to investing...pulling money out at the time when the token is about to explode shows inexperience more than anything

A lot of people wrongly sell based on what they see in graphs - EMAs falling below SMA is normally a sign to sell, if you're basing your judgements purely on the graphs, and not on the tech fundamentals.

Real investing however relies on looking at tech fundamentals, sentiment, roadmaps, whitepapers, teams and lots of other things. And not just relying on the graph.

And yes, I made a lot of money in stratis (over $1mn to put it mildly), and that was by looking at the tech fundamentals, not by seeing what was pumping temporarily to make a quick buck.

Im expecting stratis to pick up again sharply very shortly.

When the idiots sell, you know its time to buy

Idiots selling is why people like me make a lot of money
