I think Poloniex is strongly considering adding Stratis but wants to wait until the full nodes are out. Since Poloniex is now considered premium, it doesn't want to take any chances, and I think it will not accept coins that have just been distributed without good evidence that the platform will be built.

10X, I think 20X or even 40X are possible, the key is that how stratis will attract business customer. If there are people actually using stratis, and it indeed has real value, price will be much higher.

I don't think there is need to ask someone to hold their token, It depends on their strategy, what some do is to flip their tokens, take X2or X3 profit and move to other ICO, why some people wait for the project to reach its potential and sell at X20 or more profit. Anybody with crypto knowledge will not debate the great potential in Stratis, even @Leonfu tweeted that Stratis has potential to outperform the likes of Ethereum. Just stick to what you know best. I won't bet against 10K/Stratis by December.
