After watching the youtube interview the project goal is:
NBitcoin (C# Bitcoin Node (blockchain)) -> Forked to Stratis Full Node (C#, stratis blockchain)
Impressive development and approach to business platform applications, incorporating both technologies, and giving bitcoin's blockchain more incorporation into the business world computing
They truly are filling in the gap of the missing link between bitcoin tech and corporate business applications!
Furthermore, granted Microsoft isn't behind the project atm , is because chris said it's not a priority at this point with Azure, but they will seek microsoft's backing when the project is ready for it.
Furthermore, microsoft has actually developed open source .net framework for application development, this is huge for bitcoin/stratis!
Queston is, why after this interview, such a dump? Did ppl not understand what they discussed?
Just speculators selling the news and taking profits, the price will fluctuate like all coins that are traded daily. People investing long term don't need to bother with this. I personally checked the interview and it was very clear, Chris did a very good job answering some very incisive questions (props to cryptomarket "oracles" too
. Anything below 10-20k for me it's a very cheap and fair price for your investment. Every investment has a risk, so don't expect the price to be at 40-50-100k now, the project needs a lot of development and marketing to get there but they have a good plan and they are working on it.
Plus, comparing this to the Waves interview (which was cringeworthy to say the least) is clear that Chris and Nicolas are very passionate, honest and hard working people. Everyone wants a lambo now but Ethereum is currently valued below $12, ICO investors took a big risk for months and even years, that's how it works, Ethereum is now an established product/service but it wasn't back then, all work was ahead of them.
Plus, Stratis ICO investors can sell theirs right now if they don't believe in the project and will get a 7x profit...so I would say everything's going according to plan. Keep up the good work!
