I think people are starting to see this coin as a future investment. I noticed that over the past 2 weeks or so the staking weight for the network has gone from 18 million to almost 31 million right now.
Really cutting into my staking profits LOL
t staking 24/7 here, will be for 2+years easy. Highly recommend EVERYONE to stake coins, the less on exchanges the better, easy for exchanges to get hacked. Then what? I hope stratis will never roll back blockchain or any of that shady ETH business. If you keep coins on exchanges, be prepared to loose them all. |
If you don't know who I am, then maybe your best course would be to tread lightly

Top hacker can steal your money easily if they have our ips. IMO keeping fund on exchange especially bittrex is decent. Their four founders are top security engineers, they have never been hacked for 2 years. I can trust them, even more reliable than my computer, USB, who knows my usd for cold storage is suddenly broken in one day? |

Yep, im just going to buy another few until I hit a XX,000 number and then sit on it. Then I can start investing in other crypto coins and buy more silver/gold |

I believe by the 1 year launch anniversary around August of 2017 Stratis will be at $1-$2. Best coin to invest in I see so far. nice assessment mate that's the reason why i keep buying little by little im not looking for the price right now because i believe its not the right value its needed some more time to state whats the real one so just by keeping it stake inside my wallet will make my investment to succeed after a year. |

Let me explain it in Bitcoin terms.
Each coin when staking is the equiv of 1 Ghs ( NOT TRUE JUST AN EXAMPLE). Right now there are 25.3 MILLION coins staking, which means that you have:
10,000/25,300,000 = 0.00004 of the network. Which means you will get 1 block every ~25,000 blocks. At 1 block per minute thats 25,000/3600 = 7 days.
It says I should expect a reward every 23 hours but I get one about every 3 days.
However I also got 3 stake coins in 1 hour one time, so luck is a HUGE factor.
Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.

At 1 block per minute thats 25,000/3600 = 7 days.
At 1 block per minute, that's 1,440 blocks per day. Hence 17.36 days. |

I've been staking for 5 days now and it keeps saying 1 day until reward. How often are people staking? Staking will start a few hours after unlocking wallet. Factors How.many connection do you have in wallet? Should've 15+. If. Less. Add nodes confirm file. Total coins. The more coins you have the better. You need 50k++++ If less you won't get much. Think of it this way. Coins are like hooks when fishing the more you have. Te more you will catch. Staking rewards big investors. I have invested a lot of bitcoin. I stake all coins. I get good rewards. If you want 20+ coins a day you need nearly 1m straits. In the future straits. Will be $1 each. So my 20+coins reward daily I count as $20+ |

In the future. 2020 electric cost are at all time lows due to fantastic developments. Most people have virtually free electric thanks to wind and water.
Right now. It costs me a handful of sunflower seeds to pay the hamster to run in his wheel
That powers my notebook all day.
