It's quite normal for some traders to buy in anticipation of news and then sell on that news. Nothing to worry about so far

STRAT chain was forked. The REAL dump occures on this bad news. Now it's not clear if we have a working blockchain or not.
Staking was going to start today but it doesn't.
I think the price can go down again...
