Is there any news on the masternodes yet, I remember seeing reports of a beta launch for Breeze wallet, but since then I've seen nothing. Are the Masternodes for mixing BTC up and running now?
Can't wait to mix some STRATIS & Bitcoins!
I think it's just a basic GUI wallet at this point "renamed Stratis Core"... But it is beautifully designed = simple and elegant with very fast confirmations and ready for prime time

Decided to come by and see some news on the coin development etc, but the recent posts make the thread look like a trading floor btw could any one, please, share the experience in STRATIS POS staking - what is the min coin amount to get rewards within reasonable time-frame Yes, stratis followers like to talk about price, but thankfully devs focus on tech. My experience with PoS staking with stratis wallet is very good, I stake on average what I expect from 1% inflation, the wallet loads fast and doesn't use much ram. I get approx 1 strat per 25k coins everyday. Would love some news on breeze wallet and masternode myself, I can't use telegram, don't have a phone number.

Don't think there is even a final word on how many Stratis needs to be locked up to run a Masternode either.

More coins locked up to operate masternodes, more chances for Stratis price to take off due to the fact that less coins circulated in the market. That is basic effect of demand-and-supply principle. Wait for it.

The parent comment seemed to suggest we have a masternode in production now, which I pointed out isn't true.

I still have my stratis I got at 12,000 and 21,000. I remember when 60,000 was a very high price to even be considering it. And I've always regret not buying it when it got added in poloniex for the first time at 1,000 sats. Stratis do deserve to be in the top 50.
Stratis' lowest price in poloniex was 5900 sat, not 1000 sat, Stratis was firstly listed on bittrex and the start price was 2k sat, we were never under ico price, and we are still strong community, hope more big companies will jump on board. If I remember correctly, Stratis was in the 1000 sats range on the first exchanged listed rawx.io. The exchange is no longer in operation. I bought some more STRATs very close to the price of the ICO on that exchange.

What a pity they can't compete with large exchanges nowadays, XPM was the top 1 coin there. I wish Stratis can have a new time high in btc in this year again, we should surpass the last ATH in last year.

Stratis like the rest of the crypto assets, is recovering and it seems gearing towards Bull RUN again. This is the time where dev can really take a cue to launch some features to sustain the trend.

Don't think sponsoring conferences helps that much.

If so that's pretty big news...to me atleast, but I havent been keeping up on stratis. By your comment you make it seem like they have coming a transition to a codebase that will allow for smart contracts as well....doesn't this seem a bit behind considering all the other token economy platforms that have already come out in the last year and stratis has been around for much longer?

Yes, more conferences and presentation opportunities are great events as it helps a lot in marketing. I did accumulate some more stratis in a week or 2 before this London Expo.

The project is similar to Ethereum, but unlike it Stratis uses not its own programming language, but a common C #, that is, it is much more friendly to the developers of clients. Has its own purse Breeze Wallet, which provides high confidentiality of transactions. In addition, the project already has the possibility of using fiat (conventional) money - a big plus for their customers.

You mean BCH, BTG? I think no, they won't build tumble services for the forks of bitcoin, we are bitcoin's sidechain, we are C# full node of bitcoin, therefore we only embrace BTC, not BCH or BTG.

The Masternode has been on the roadmap for a long time now, but has been removed from the roadmap for a production release (someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think they removed production masternode release from their roadmap). Stratis doesn't have Turing complete smart contracts.
