No. Don't think that games gonna grow up in price... They will just go down and down since they are getting older and new versions are being sorted out.
You can try with Skins ( CS go H1Z1 etc ) they are new and not much poeple have them...

The best option which I know is old E-Sport cases from CS:GO Major and Minor tournaments.

If CS:GO is the only game it has AND it's VAC banned, I'd say that even 5$ is pretty generous. Not much point to do on CS:GO with a VAC.

You'll be dissapointed. The smallest price you could have bought this account's games at is ~$250 but due to the risk involved with buying steam accounts you won't find anyone willing to pay this much. Usually the sum Steam account are sold for is just a fraction of the retail value of the games they have.
